チャーシュー麺のチャーシューが凄かったです 麺は九州によくある細麺で量は並で女性なら充分だと思います スープは見た目以上に脂っぽくないです 久留米などの豚骨と比べるとあっさりしてやや薄味ですが、その分奥にある優しい旨味を感じます チャーシューに強烈に味がしみ込んでるわけでないですがインパクトがあります 店の回転は比較的いいほうですが忙しいのか客の誘導がおいついてない時があります 麺は早くたべないと |
