リンガーハットは長崎ちゃんぽんの全国チェーンなので知らない人はいないでしょうけど、この店は季節ごとに、四季の素材を生かしたちゃんぽんメニューを出す点が好きです。
中でも私が一番好きなのが、この「牡蠣ちゃんぽん」。
これは美味いです。牡蠣大好きな私の好物の仲間入り決定！
牡蠣の風味はとってもいいです。広島産だそうで、数えたら５つ入っていました。
さらに、ぷりぷりの大きな海老も３匹入っていて、なんか得した気分！
スープは普通のちゃんぽんと違って味噌味。濃すぎない味噌で、牡蠣や野菜との相性もいい感じでした。
薬味にゆず胡椒をつけてくれました。ゆず胡椒ファンの私には嬉しいサービス！
野菜もたくさんなのが嬉しいですね。
トッピングされている水菜も鮮度よくおいしかったです。
冬は、この「牡蠣ちゃんぽん」と、「霜降り白菜ちゃんぽん」が登場。どっちも美味いのです。
しかし、入り口に扉がない、ジャスコ店内に面した店内なので落ち着きにかけるきらいがあります。また、店に入って着席しても気がついてくれず、お冷もメニューも出てこないのでじっと待っていたら、あとから来た家族連れに水をメニューを先にだされてびっくりしたこともあります。
サービス面ではまだまだのような気がします。
