足を伸ばして延岡まで(^^)
宮崎県内ですがいつも思うのは遠いです(>_<)
同僚との食事にお伺いしたのがコチラのお店♪̊̈♪̆̈
延岡のソウルフードであるあんかけ焼きそばの先駆けのお店であり、看板メニューのあんかけ焼きそばは、餡は時間をかけて煮出した豚骨と地頭鶏からダシをとったダブルスープと10種類以上の具材が組合わさって作られているので身体にも悪くなさそうです(^^)
今回いただいたのは、
●あんかけ焼きそば 900円
入口近くに置いてあった激辛キムチ(無料)と合わせていただきます(*^^*)
大きな皿に入れられてびっくりしますが、それ程深くないので意外にペロリといけちゃいます♡
う〜ん、この餡と麺のかけあわせが美味しくてこの日もほぼ満杯状態！
この餡最後まで食べたいのですが、うまくすくえず結構残しちゃうのが難点のど飴デスね(*^^*)
