平日の昼頃にいきました。待つほどではないけど満席に近い状態です。地元の人ばっかりな感じです。店内は古いレコードやフィギィアも並んでいて懐かしい。
予習情報ではチャーシューにはまっている人が多いのでチャ―シューの塩を頼みました。
スープは塩辛すぎず、全部飲み干せるぐらいおいしい。青さなんかも入っています。麺はつるつるしてちょっと柔らか目です。これがまたスープにあっています。途中から擦りニンニクをいれたらまた違った美味しさです。
そしてのってるチャーシューはもう箸で持ったらバラバラになるほどよく煮にこまれています。やはりはまってる人がいるのはわかるおいしさです。
焼き飯はハーフです。ネギがおもいっ切り入っていてネギチャーハンです。ニンニクチップをまぶしたらこれまた味変でうまい。チャーシューの切れ端なんかもはいってるようでこれも是非食べてほしいとこですが、もう、お腹一杯になります。
この界隈で何件かラーメン屋さんに行きましたが一番おいしかったです。
