今回お邪魔させて貰った…珍竹林!!!
名前だけで敬遠してましたが……興味本位で伺いましたが……
他のレビュー通りに妙な店名とは裏腹に美味しかったぁ!
今回は手羽の塩焼きと鳥刺し盛り合わせ、焼き鳥を数本注文!!
まずは鳥刺し盛り合わせ、鳥刺しは新鮮じゃないと食べれないみたいなんです。レバー すなずり ささみ 心臓 たたき どれを食べても、最高に甘味があり、口の中でとろけちゃいます!!
手羽先はこれまた…普通の手羽先ではないのです。ビックリしました!!大きい こんなサイズは見たこと無い…
味は・・・・・・・・・これまた、絶妙な塩加減がお肉本来の味とマッチしてて奥深い味わいに店主の職人技には圧巻です。
焼き鳥も手羽先と同様に職人技が……………
