週末のお昼に食べに行くと、駐車場もほぼ満車で、人気あるんだなーという印象を受けた。
以前の店舗とすぐ近くに新しい店舗を構え、駐車場が広くなり、車の出し入れがしやすくなったようだ。
店内は、カウンター席と、小上がりの座敷席が見える。
「店内禁煙」という表示を発見。嬉しい気配りがなされている。感心！
混んでいたせいか、なかなかラーメンが出てこない。15分は待った。この15分、意外と長く感じてしまったが、そんなものか！？
「ラーメン」￥500は良心的な値段だ。
スープは豚骨であっさり？かと思いきや、かなり塩分が高め。毎回こうなのか、今回だけなのかは判断つかない。こんなに塩辛いスープは初めてだ。
麺はつるつるして喉越しのいいタイプに感じる。
具は、細ネギ、きくらげ、海苔、そしてチャーシュー。
チャーシューは私好みだ。美味い。チャーシューメンというのもあり、これもうまかろう。
「味噌ラーメン」￥550もリーズナブルな価格設定だ。
そして、意外にも甘口だ。
味噌といえば辛いのを期待してしまったので、意表を突かれた。
なぜ甘口にしているのだろう？この店のこだわりかな？
ほかの客は餃子を注文しているのが目立つ。
生餃子を買って帰る人もいる。
餃子が人気メニューなのかもしれない。
