宮崎県延岡市、JR延岡駅からだと歩いて20分くらい。
飲み屋さんなどが多くあったエリアにある餃子屋さん。前回の延岡訪問でもかんじましたが、車はたくさん走っているのですが駅前や商店街にひとがいなくて非常に寂れてしまった印象です。アーケードの商店街を抜けて歩いてお店まで行ってみましたがシャッターが降りた店が多いです。全国どこも似たりよったりの街が多いですが、その中でも上位に位置する感じでした。
さて、店頭に赤ちょうちんがかかり雰囲気抜群、中に入るとL字のカウンターのみの店内。店主さんが餃子をつくっていました。食べログ情報だと18：00〜だったですが17：45ごろ開いていたので確認したら17：00〜24：00が営業時間だというので食べログの情報を訂正しました。
焼餃子＠500と瓶ビール中＠580を注文しました。
大きくて厚い鉄なべで焼いているのを見るととても期待が膨らみます。
ビール（キリン）はキンキンに冷えてうまい。
焼餃子
大きさは普通、焼面が揚げたようなカリカリ食感。博多の鉄なべ餃子が大きくなった感じです。餡はしっかり味がついていてそのままでもたべられます。つまみなら一人前で良いかもしれません。
そしてこの店の「辣油」が出色の味です。切れ味鋭い辛味でとても辛いです。そしてうまいです。容器に「辛さ注意」と書いてありましたが、辛さに弱い人はワンスクープで充分辛くなりますので注意です。
