焼酎をオーダーすると霧島か木挽ブルーと聞かれますので木挽ブルー400円を水割りオーダー！
そのまま焼餃子8ケ500円もオーダーです。
餃子を目の前で包まれて、そのまま焼き鍋へ入れられますそれから焼酎を作って頂き水割り到着
味わうのも束の間、餃子も到着
ちゃんと8個が離れており、焼き目も均一な少し硬そうな印象の餃子。
確かに箸で持っても全く崩れる気配なし。
餡は肉感強めに感じる餃子です。
卓上の辛味もタップリ入れて頂きました！
