延岡市船倉町にあるカフェ「スプーンカフェ」です。
大きな市道沿いにあります。
店内は天井が高く、とってもゆったりとして、
ちょっと照明が落とした感じの落ち着いた雰囲気です。
ランチタイムに入店しましたが
やっぱ女性のお客さんが多いですね。
ランチメニューのパスタランチから
「４種のキノコのペペロンチーノ」を注文です。
まずはサラダ。
野菜はしゃっきり、クルトンのアクセントがいいですね。
そして、「４種のキノコのペペロンチーノ」
とてもシンプルにキノコの旨味と食感が楽しめるパスタですね。
ちょっと塩味が強みですが
唐辛子の辛みとニンニクとのバランスがいいので
キノコの旨味を強く感じます。
スープとパンもついてます。
スープはやさしい味のオニオンスープ。
パンは、パスタのソースを最後まで楽しむのに不可欠ですね。
デザートは、シフォンケーキ
ふっかふかの食感に、ライトな生クリームとで
ランチ全体をまとめる幸福感がありますね。
スプーン？フォーク？がちょっとユニークなのも
「スプーンカフェ」だからなか・・ハハハ
