友人おすすめのお店に行ってみた。前回行った時にスッポン出汁の豚しゃぶ鍋がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったと言うので、同じものを注文。出汁だけテイクアウトしたいくらい美味しかったです。豚肉も甘みがあって、出汁が野菜や肉に良く絡み、〆の雑炊もペロリ。単品も変わった名前が楽しいし、鍋の種類もたくさんあるので、毎回違う鍋を食べてもいいかも。
