破れ饅頭
江戸初期1614年に誕生した、長い歴史を誇るお菓子。
元々の名は「皇賀玉饅頭（おがたままんじゅう）」だったものの、後にその姿から現在の名前になったそうです。
小豆のクオリティの高さを感じる餡で、とても美味しいです。
