イオン延岡のフードコートにある辛麺屋桝元さんに行ってきました。日中の仕事を終え、こちらのお店で同僚とランチ利用です。福岡で食べたことがあったのですが、辛味が物足りずリベンジです。通常の醤油ベースに加えて、トマト味、白味（豚骨？）、味噌味があるようで、味噌味をチョイス。辛味は10とか20とかもあるようでビビりながら５を選択。麺はこんにゃく麺がデフォルトらしいのでこんにゃく麺を選びました。辛味はまだまだ平気でしたが、蓄積していくとまぁ程よい感じでした。味噌の甘みも感じられたのでいいバランスです。こんにゃく麺は可もなく不可もなく。美味しく頂くことができました。
