友人とお伺い
夜の8時前
どうしてもお伺いしたかったと友人はのたまう
でも、
土曜日なのに、夜なのに、お客さんが…
外の看板からは格安の感じ～♪
しかも、店内には麺専用小麦を使った製麺だと書いてあります
で、いくつかしかメニューはないので、そのままお願いする
辛めのとんこつ麺も390円
10分まではせずに出てきました
まずは麺をすくい上げる
細麺のちぢれ麺
口に運ぶと適度な弾力 っていうか、ちょっと固い
私にはちょっと厳しい固さです 固すぎ…
ダシをすする
辛さはほどほど
だけど、
とんこつの出汁が、骨が少し自己主張して突出していますが、その他の微妙な感じがありません
塩辛くなさすぎて、その点は好感が持てますが、その点を加点してもちょっと厳しいです
お腹は減っていたので、替え玉したかったのですが、この味では申し訳ないけど替え玉すら…
個人的には、店主はイロイロと試行錯誤されて決められたのだと思うのですが、考えすぎて結局悪くなったって感じでしょうか
全体として辛口になりましたが、これだけの麺を作られたのですから、きっとバランスの良いラーメンが作れるのでは？と思います
