地元で人気と聞いて11:00開店と同時に入店するとカウンターに先客3名。
カウンター（7席）の背後に板張りのテーブル席（4人5卓）、掘り炬燵式だから楽だね。
昼時とはいえ続々訪れる客でテーブル席も埋まっていくのも圧巻。
オーダー集中するとご夫婦2人で大変だな。
ラーメンが390円と激安なんだけどネギが欲しくてネギラーメン(600)と半チャーハン(250)。
チャーハンオーダーが集中したからか大将が中華鍋を振りまくり、半チャーハンが先に出てくる。
パラパラタイプでミンチ？かチャーシュー片らしき細かい肉が味付けの役割も果たしてる。
半分サイズでちょうど良い感じ。
で、ラーメンは豚骨スープなんだけど、泡立ち系と宮崎では珍しいタイプ。
博多の泡立ち系とはまた違ってクリーミーさも感じるもの、ベジポタ系スープの豚骨版という表現が合うかな。
さほど豚骨臭はしないから苦手な人でも食べやすいかも。
他にも塩、しょうゆ、辛味噌味も揃っているので豚骨一本やりがほとんどの県内において選択肢は豊富。
麺はストレート、中太と細麺の中間。
