くろがねさんって言ったら確かステーキ専門のお店だったような？という感覚でしたね。
正直、入ったらなんかクラブっぽい音楽が流れてるんで、若者向けな感じがしましたね。
まずは、ちゃんから南蛮。
チキン南蛮の進化系。
これは面白い！カプサイシンを感じたので多分豆板醤とかそれ系のを使ってるのかな？ヤンニョムチキンのような感じもしますが、明らかにチキン南蛮ですね。こういう進化なら歓迎です！ご飯にもあうし、お酒のアテにもなる！
延岡にいて、ちゃんから南蛮初めて出会いました。旨い！
きのこのビール揚げ。
アスパラはよくありますよね。これがキノコに置き換わるとどうなるか。結果として美味しいけど、ちょっと油がくどくなります。味はとても美味しいです。
サービスで、なんと牛炙り寿司！
これは凄かった。本当にゴイゴイスーのスゥシィ。もんのすごい美味しい。
ザブトンやないかな？これは。
肉の脂と酢飯とソース、そして炙った香ばしさが絶妙。
一般に寿司として食べる感覚とはちょっと違うかも。寿司の形をした別物の料理です。
高級感のある奴ですね。銀座で一貫ウン千円みたいなやつに近いと思います。
こんな旨いものをサービスされたら胃袋で返すのが無双流。
牛たたきと赤ワインです。
やっぱ肉が綺麗ですね。これにニンニクやタマネギのスライスが物凄く合います。赤ワインと一緒に食べてて止まらなくなりそうでした。
肉は肉屋。
しっかりと旨い肉が出てくる。
流石ですね。
せっかくならカウンター席でマスターの仕事も見たかったけど、それは次回で。
いやー旨い肉でした！
