駅前からバーを求めて５００メートルほど歩きまして「すたんどばぁGREEN」のカウンターへ。
まずはジントニックからお願いします。
居酒屋のジントニックではなく、バーのジントニック。
美味しいですね。
全国各地を居酒屋一人旅しておりますが、バーの無いところも多いです。
〆の一杯をいただけることに感謝ですね。
先客はなく、静かな店内。
ベテランバーテンダーさんがカウンターのなかにいらっしゃいます。
ずらりとボトルが並ぶバックバー。
壮観ですね。
気になるジンがありました。
昔のブードルスですね。
毛利さんが作っていた。
珍しくジン指定でマティーニをお願いしました。
懐かしいブードルスのマティーニ。
現行品は別のものになってしまいましたからね。
冷凍庫からステアで戻してのマティーニとはちょっと違いましたが、奥深いジンを味わえました。
続いてはそのままジンだけで。
ジンを味わってみたくなりました。
マスターの優しさでジンライムになって出てきたのは楽しいハプニング。
最後はアイラのおすすめということで、アードベックの１０年。
希少なモルトをありがとうございました。
