延岡の和食はレベル高い！
延岡の和食店で食事をすると、いつもとても幸せな気持ちになる。新鮮な魚介類や地鶏や宮崎牛など素材が素晴らしいのが一番だが、職人さんたちのレベルが高いのが何より嬉しい。
今回は『酒饌 とが和』を予約して初訪問。清掃の行き届いた清潔なお店がまずは好印象。
食事も前菜から盛り付けも美しく、楽しい気分にさせてもらえる。
筍など春を感じる食材もgood！
おいしく楽しい時を過ごすことが出来た。

以前少人数での会食で、どこか雰囲気の良いお店がないかと地元の方に相談。紹介してもらったのが『酒饌 とが和』という和食店。とても良いお店だったので今回は改めて違うメンバーで訪問。
予約時刻にお店に着く。まだ周囲が明るい時間帯。お店の外観からして素晴らしい。
半個室に案内される。
庭が見える。とても寛ぐ。
料理が始まる。どれも見た目が美しく味も最高。
二度目だが前回よりおいしく感じる。
旨い料理と酒で満足。良き宴となった。
