いい意味で昔ながらの地方の町寿司だと思う。
江戸前鮨の2倍はある舎利に厚めで長さも2倍、いや2.5倍はあるネタがのったにぎり寿司。
腹いっぱい食ってくれな、とのメッセージが伝わる。
刺し盛りは8種もあり切り身の大きさも地方級。
マグロ山かけ、あら煮（甘さはやはり九州級）、地元の定番メヒカリ唐揚げとどれもボリューム満点です。
にぎりは出張族と思しきお隣さんのセットを見てあまりのボリューミーさ（驚きのあまり無言の感嘆符を発して
いたのを聞き漏らしてはいない）に恐れおののき、お好みで数貫。
宮崎の定番レタス巻で〆。
ただし、
シャリ小で頼まないとまるで握り飯のようなボリュームで出てくるから要注意だぜ！
