延岡に宿泊した翌日の朝にお伺いしました。
延岡では定休日のお店が多い月曜日でしたがゴールデンウイークの祝日のため営業されていたようで、ありがたかったです！

「スペイン産生ハムのクロックマダム ワカモレ添え」を注文しました。
