＜お店について＞
こちらは天岩戸神社から天安河原に向かう遊歩道の入口付近にあるカフェ。
併設されている高千穂焼五峰窯では、
近くにある工房で作られたオリジナルの陶器が販売されています。
カフェの奥のテーブル席からは美しい岩戸川の渓谷を楽むことができます…
が、日当たりも良いので夏場は少々暑いです。

＜商品＞
■レギュラーソフト かまいり茶…350円(税込)
こちらのお店の人気No.2だというソフトクリーム。
高千穂町に隣接する宮崎県五ヶ瀬町にある宮崎茶房が生産した、
農薬不使用・有機栽培の“釜煎り茶”を使用しているとのこと。
宮崎茶房は過去に農林水産大臣賞を受賞し、
お茶に限らず様々な630部門の中から7部門だけ選ばれる天皇杯という賞を受賞したこともある茶房。
淡いモスグリーン色の太巻きソフトクリームが3巻半。
抹茶味のアイス（ソフトクリーム）と比べるとお茶の味は薄め。
甘さ控えめでさっぱりとしており、後味でふわっとお茶の香りが楽しめます。
流石は香りを楽しむお茶と言われる釜煎り茶、上品な味わいです。
コーンは日世のフローラルトップでしょうか。
個人的にはカリカリとした食感のワッフルコーンやシュガーコーンが好きですが、
このソフトクリームの場合は甘さ控えめであまり主張しないこの最中生地のコーンの方が
合うのかも知れません。
