一泊で長野へ…。今回は、絶対に一度は信州牛を食べようといろいろ検索して、こちらのお店ですき焼きを食べることにしました。長野駅に到着して、すぐにてくてく30分弱歩いていく…。食べるからには運動もしないと！
一番客でした。「すき焼き定食（松）」4300円（10％税込）を注文。ちょっとステーキも食べたかったんだけど、いいお値段だしって思っていたら「牛串焼き」っていうのがあってそちらも信州牛使用ってことだったのでそれも注文。2本で2300円（10％税込）です。
すき焼きの鍋がセット！金色に輝く鍋の中に細かく刻まれたラード。運ばれてきたお肉は「本日はももです」と。日によって違うんですかね。大振りなお肉が4枚。最初の一枚は店員さんが調理してくれます。お肉の脂が少ないほうが好きな私にちゅうどいい脂加減！美味しいー。
串焼きは、舟形の鉄板の上で、固形燃料に炙られながら登場しました。肉の間にはエリンギがはさまり、上にはししとう。部位を聞いてみると「肩とモモ」だそうです。
すき焼きのお肉よりも、こちらのお肉のほうが脂を感じた！塩コショウでの味付けだけど、もうちょっとわさびとかしょうゆとかつけたかった！
信州牛をすごく満喫して満足できました！
