さっぱり揚げられた天ぷらは、野菜の種類も豊富でボリュームたっぷりのお蕎麦と相性抜群。ストレートな手打ち麺は喉越しよく、蕎麦の香りも華やかかつそれでいて清涼感があって良い。信州は蕎麦のレベルが総じて高い。
