長野駅前の一等地にありながら、しばらく次が入居しない旧ホテルのビル。
２階以上が空いているビルのですが、１階と地下には多くのお店が営業しています。
その中でも、長く営業し多くの皆様に知られているお店がwindsです。
今までに何度訪れたでしょう。
その理由は、洋風居酒屋のようなカジュアルな雰囲気ですし、
お酒とおつまみの種類がとにかく豊富で、なんでも揃っています。
カクテルもいろいろありますから、どれがおいしいのか一通り眺めるだけでも楽しくなります。
今回は２次会の利用となりました。
幹事さんが適当におつまみを頼んでくださり、お酒の方は一人ひとり極めて自由に頼みました。
楽しいときは、テキーラサンライズ。
チーズや生春巻きと一緒に、久しぶりにいただきます。
忘年会の時期ということもあって、ほぼ満席で店員さんがあちこち動き回って、お酒やおつまみを届けたり、空いたグラスやお皿を引き上げたりしていますが、スピーディーですね。
甘くすっきりとした中にもテキーラのおいしさがあるテキーラサンライズを飲み干して、メニューを眺めていたら、シングルモルトが眼に留まりました。
頼むしかない。ロックでお願いしました。
まもなく届けていただき、飲んでみると、期待していたとおりの超くせのある味。
少々飲み過ぎていましたが、シングルモルトで目が覚めました。
陽気な一夜を過ごしました。
