After taking an overnight bus to Nagano for a 3-day mountain climbing trip and soaking in Matsushiro Onsen, I ate Nagano City's B-class gourmet food, ``Nagano Yakimen'' for the first time. To put it bluntly, Nagano Yakimen has no history or culture, and is a new dish created for B-class gourmets, and I don't really like it when it's put on something like that (lol), but it won the grand prize at the Grand Prix. It was extremely delicious, considering it won first place. It was especially perfect for people who love garlic. And there's plenty of it. I might come back here again... Furthermore, the Winds Nagano store has other local Creative Cuisine that I'm very interested in, such as game curry and oyaki pizza. I plan to visit again the next time I come to Nagano.
