ＪＲ長野駅、長野電鉄長野駅にほどちかいビルの地下一階にあります。
さまざまなメニューがお店の前に賑やかに掲出されています。
本来はビアホール的なお店らしいのですが、今回は信州サーモンの丼をいただきに参りました。
手際よく飾り盛りされた信州サーモンは、ほどよい脂のノリがあり、すーっとノドで溶けていきます。
わさびを溶いた醤油をさっと回し掛けていただく至福の時間！
思ったより薄い色合いでしたが、味は抜群でした。ボリュームもそこそこあって、満足な一品でした。
開店間もない早目の時間帯だったので静かな雰囲気でした。
ただ、気になったのは、こうした料理をいただくには、照明が少し暗いかなと。
色彩を愉しむのも食事の醍醐味かと思いますので、テーブルにランプなどあれば抜群かな。
全体的な雰囲気がよかっただけにちと残念。
あと、若い店員さんの私語は、どこの店であってもややマイナスポイントですね。
他の料理も次回は頼みたいと思います。
豚肉にもかなりこだわっているようですので。
