中国料理寒山拾得 ～辛子入り胡麻味噌つゆそば～■辛子入り胡麻味噌つゆそば
ホテル犀北館の一階に中国料理寒山拾得があります。こちらではリーズナブルなアラカルトや本格中国料理をいただけます。店内に入ってみると高級な中国料理店って感じが漂っています。テーブル席が多数あります。壁側のテーブル席はソファー席になっています。個室もありました。以前お昼に行ったときは満席で入れず、この日は夜に行きました。
担々麺（１０６０円）
酸辣湯麺が食べたかったのですが会員限定メニューなのでやめました。その場で会員登録ができ登録すれば会員限定メニューも注文出来ます。今回は担々麺を注文しました。メニューには辛子入り胡麻味噌つゆそばって書いてあります。待つこと数分、担々麺が運ばれてきました。担々麺には青梗菜、挽肉、ネギがのっています。麺は中細のストレート。つるつるとした麺です。スープはたっぷり入っていて、辛さ控えめ。胡麻は濃厚すぎず食べやすいです。麺類（そば）はメニューが豊富で食べてみたい料理がたくさんありました。
