蕎麦が続いたので今夜はカレー。老舗とのコメントを見てこちらに伺いました。
長野駅の近く。善光寺に向かう参道から細い路地に入ったところにあります。店内は木造の山小屋風。テーブルには山の写真などあって雰囲気が出てます。
カレーは中辛、辛口ともに種類が多いですね。夕方の開店直後でしたが、売り切れもあったので選びたい方はランチの方がいいかもしれません。
納豆のトッピングが売りのようですが、そちらは敬遠。直球勝負のビーフカレーの中辛にしました。
このビーフカレーは見かけが地味。肉の量も多くはないです。ですが、しっかりと煮込まれたビーフの出汁が出ている欧風のカレーが美味しいです。そしてビーフが口の中でほぐれる感じ。それが本物だと主張をしています。気に入りました。
カレーにはサラダ、スープ、ヨーグルトアイスクリームが付きます。また、ビールの中ジョッキには柿ピーが付いてました。
老舗らしいお店ですね。クラシックなカレーが好きな方にお勧めです。駅近なので、また来ると思います。
