権堂商店街の中にある蕎麦居酒屋。
地元の方にそばの美味しいお店を訪ねたところ、二本松さんだと言われ夕方訪問。
18時前にinして店内7割程度。
行く前に電話予約しておいてよかった。
その後次々と人が入ってきてあっという間に満席。
突き出しはインゲンと厚揚げのナニカ。(名前不明
和風出汁で美味しい。
山菜のおひたし
こちらはワラビ。新鮮で粘り気もあり箸が止まらない。
湯馬刺し、馬刺し、もつ煮、舞茸の天ぷらを頼んで〆におろしそばを。
馬刺しはトロけるおいしさ、熊本の馬とは肉質のジャンルが違います。
もつ煮は牛すじもちらほら入っており、不思議なエグ味を感じました。不味くはないんだが、スープが独特であり、どうやってこの味になるのか？解明できず。悔しい。
おろしそばは辛味大根たーーーっぷりの日本昔話盛り。想像以下の辛さであり、ジワっと涙がこぼれない程度の辛さ(え？
ツユは薄め、蕎麦は香りよく太さが不揃いの感じがまた良い。
ツルッとコシがありいくらでも食べれてしまいそう。
そば湯をいただきごちそうさまでした。お腹満。
