JA長野県ビルの角の信号を北上すると、郵便局のある太い通りの角に店はある。以前は、もっと古びた店構えだったが数年前に綺麗になった。と同時にメニューも変わった。いつもワンタンメンを食べいたのだが、メニューにワンタンメンの文字はなくなっている。すると何を頼むかいつも悩んでしまう。かつ丼か日替わりのランチに行きつくのである。今日は、新玉ねぎの生姜焼きだった。
カウンターで待っていると木調のお盆に乗せられて出された。新たまは柔らかく甘い。生姜焼きもちょうどいい塩加減でご飯が進む。なんといってもザーサイがうまかった。
別の日の日替わりも食べてみたいと思える味だった。
