こちら、以前もお伺いしたことがある「ここ一軒で長野県」というキャッチコピーのお店、長野郷土料理を味わうことができます。外観は、蔵のような造りの建物で、日本酒の銘柄が入った樽がびっしりと張り付けられているお店の外観がとても特徴的。席は1階2階合わせると、100席ほどあるようです。
こちらでは「山賊焼き」「壺サラダ」「おやき三種盛り」「野沢菜漬け三種盛り合わせ」「ホタルイカ炭火焼き」「塩丸イカ」等、写真取り忘れも多いのですが、それに合わせて日本酒中心にアルコールを頼んでおります。
まずこちらのお店、長野の日本酒が豊富にあるのがよいです！辛口ですっきりとした「大雪渓」「大信州」等を飲むことができます。お料理も長野各地の郷土料理がそろっており、長野の食を堪能することができます。中でも、野沢菜、おやき、山賊焼、等がオススメ。また、郷土料理かわからないですが、壺サラダ、こちらその名の通り大きな壺にたっぷりの野菜が入っていて、見た目のインパクトがすごい！こちらもぜひ頼んで頂きたい一品です。
少々お高め設定のお店ですが、郷土料理を満喫したい時には良いお店かと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
