山城屋さんは善光寺山門近くにあるそば店です。
善光寺参りの後、昼過ぎでしたがタイミングよく入店できました。
店お薦めの天ざるそば（1300円）を注文。満席だったので、注文してから20〜30分経ってようやく出てきました。
そばは戸隠そばで、茹で加減良く、喉越し良く美味しかったです。
量が少なめだったのでもう少し食べたい気分でしたね。
天ぷらは海老、ちくわ、さつまいも、ナス、ピーマンの５品。熱々で衣が薄くカラッと揚げてあって美味。
そばつゆは濃さと塩加減のまろやかさが自分の舌に合ってました。
善光寺が７年に一度の御開帳だったこともあり、◯十年振りにお参りし、美味しいそばをいただけて満足。
次回は３種たれ付きの三門そば（中盛り、1100円）を食べてみたいですね。ご馳走様でした。
