善光寺の山門から少し下ってきてところにあるお店です。
時間が早くからやっていたので、ありがたく開店と同時にお店へ。
山門そばをいただきました。
つゆが、普通のつゆと味噌くるみ、とろろと3種類で楽しめる。
とろろをメインでいただきましたが、くるみも良かった。
蕎麦は、コシ、のど越しともにおいしかった。
長野の蕎麦は、レベルが高いな。
強いていえば、茹で時間が15秒ほど短い方が私の好みだったかもです。
ここのお店は羽生結弦が来店したことがあるらしく、そのテーブルでいただきました。
