先月、夏休みを利用して、長野県にいる友人に会いに行きました。
その際に、友人が用意してくれていたランチの場所が、アマンダンスカイでした。
長野県には以前も旅行で来たことがありましたが、その時は、善光寺界隈でお蕎麦を食べたので、
今回も長野といえばお蕎麦かなと思っていたら、善光寺の裏山に連れていかれ、
こんなところにレストランがあるのかと疑っていたら、スタイリッシュで、とても綺麗な建物が突然現れました。
まだＯＰＥＮして1年ということで、建物もきれいで、オシャレなのですが、
スタッフの方は、非常にフレンドリーに接してくれて、外観からは想像もできない、温かい接客でなんだかほっとしました。
食事会場に案内されたら、さらにびっくり！
全面ガラス張りの向こうには、長野市の景色が広がっていて、善光寺も見下ろせる最高の環境でした！
会場には、地元の奥様方や子供達でほぼ満席の状態でした。
後ろの方に座りましたが、景色は変わらず最高で、長野に来た！という感覚になりました。
1200円のパスタランチを頼んだのですが、長野の野菜をふんだんに使っていて、ボリュームもちょうどよく
とてもおいしかったです。
スタッフの皆さんも満席なのに、ニコニコしていて、友人との久しぶりのランチを安心して、くつろぐことができました。
友人もアマンダンスカイがお気に入りみたいで、長野に誰か来たら必ず連れて行ってるそうです。
とにかく、あそこまでの景色・開放感はなかなか味わえないと思います。
本当に感動しました。
また行きたいお店の一つになりました。
