旧メルパルク跡地にオープンした結婚式場
平日のランチ営業でフレンチがいただけるレストランです。
こちらのサイトで予約をすると、ソフトドリンク（￥300）をサービスしてもらえるとのこと
この日は、3名でうかがいました。
せっかくなので、今月の限定メニュー・・・「美しい村コース」￥1700を予約しました。
まず前菜から
「炙りかんぱちのカルパッチョ 美しい村の高原野菜添え」です
色とりどりの野菜の上に、新鮮なかんぱちが２切れ
爽やかに仕上がってて、さっぱりといただけました。
次はスープ
「南瓜の冷たいポタージュスープ」です
帽子に見立てたガラスのお皿はもちろん
今の季節にあった冷製スープ
南瓜本来の甘みが際立つ、まろやかさとコクがありました。
続いて主菜
「スズキのポワレ シェフのインシュピレーションで」と
「信州産豚ロースのグリエ 濃厚な赤ワインの香りと共に」
の2種類を選択しました。
この他にプラス￥800で
「国産牛いちぼ肉のロースト ほのかに甘いマデラ酒のソースで」
がありました。
メインも、数種類の夏野菜が色鮮やかで、見た目からも楽しめました。
スズキのポワレは、チキンの出汁ソースとわさびの味が効いて、爽やか系
ポークのグリエは、柔らかく、かつジューシーで赤ワインソースとの相性バツグン！
どちらも美味しくいただきました。
最後にデザート
「桃のコンポートにバニラのアイスクリームを添えて」です
くどくないのに濃厚なバニラアイスと、桃のコンポートのバランスが絶妙！
横に、一口大のフィナンシェが添えられコーヒーと一緒にいただきました。
食事をはじめた頃は、数人だった店内も
12：30を過ぎたあたりから来客も増え
窓から遠い、奥のテーブルに男性3人グループがいましたが
あとの20人前後は、女性・女性・女性だらけ
天気がいい日は、遠くの山並みまで一望でき
絶好のロケーションだそうですが、この日は生憎の曇り空
次回は、晴れの日を狙って、景色も堪能してみたいと思いました。
