コロナ禍以降初めての家族旅行(^^v
遅めの夏休みを敬老の日に取得してこの日向かったのは長野県の善光寺。
猛烈な台風14号が近づく中の訪問でしたが、長野市内は未だ影響はほとんど受けておらずたっぷり観光を楽しめました。もうひとつのお楽しみはここフフレキッチンのディナー。地元の信頼できるレビュアーさんが高評価をつけている評判のカジュアルフレンチです。
事前にフルコース@3850円＋550円でメインをステーキに変更→を予約しておきました。
あまりに久しぶりのレビューのため料理メモを全く取っておらず、詳しいご説明はできませんが、結論として家族3人とても満足。
ホテルに帰る道すがら、家族の話題は…また善光寺に来る機会が有れば是非もう一度来たいねぇ〜♪

前菜は沢山の地元野菜を使ったキハダマグロのカルパッチョ。カボチャのスープは優しい甘さ。魚はリゾットの上にサーモンのソテー。→息子がお代わりを欲しがっていました(^^; イヤソリャムリだろ（笑）
ステーキはこちらも美味しいお野菜を彩り鮮やかにあしらった一品。ただ元々のお値段、追加料金を考えても…まぁ、取ってつけた程度の「ステーキ」だろう、、の想像を見事にひっくり返すインパクト。ステーキと言うよりは、シチューの様なホロホロの塊肉がドーン (*'▽'*)ウヒャ！
デザートもフルーツとバニラアイスのコントラストが良くてペロリと。
総じてこのお値段で工夫をこらした品々。とても美味しゅうございました。
飲み物は、ハートランドビール、ロゼの泡、息子さんがジンジャーエールとソーダ水。締めて19,000円弱。
