昔から農耕馬を使っていた習慣もあり、本来馬刺しよりは鍋や煮込みで食す事が主だったそうですが、長野は馬を食べる...
奥のテーブル席を利用させてもらいました。
掘りごたつで楽チン。
さて料理はどれもおいしかった。
馬刺はどれも臭みもなく、部位ごとに食感や旨味も異なりお酒が進みます。
やっぱり日本酒が合いますね...
馬肉押しのお店です。
長野郷土料理もあります。
若い客層向けに見えるけど、実際は４０−５０代の仕事仲間といった様子の男性同士のお客さんが多かったです
ここまで気持ちいい正面切ったネーミングで、期待裏切らないのは、すごいです。皆さん、一度は体験してください。地元の方も、驚かれてました。
