長野に到着して 善光寺を参拝したあと
「長野といえばバニクマン」で、おつかれ生♡
いつもは熊本の馬肉を頂いてますが
今回は信州の馬肉を味わいたく
長野までやってまいりました♪
なかなかワイルドな外観であり
お洒落な店内と繊細な料理でした。
今回「桜三昧やきにくコース」を予約して訪問
美味しい前菜のあと 氷山に盛られた
馬刺しが登場すると 一同 拍手♫
これは日本酒！ ということで
地酒三蔵呑みくらべセットを注文しました
いやーー 馬刺って最高♡
その後もサラダや 山賊焼きと続き
いよいよ本日のメインとなる桜焼き肉♪
各部位を焼き過ぎない様に注意して
ほぼ半生で食べると 甘いの柔らかいのって
ビールが止まりません！
〆には蕎麦が提供され これまた旨い
接客も素晴らしく とても気持ち良かったです
一生に一度は参れ善光寺。
参拝できたこと 日本三大馬刺のひとつ
信州の馬刺しを頂けたことに、感謝です。
