美術館にある鳥ひつまぶし
取引先に連れていってもらったお店。
肉系の懐石と魚系のメニューがある中、鶏まぶしを注文。
初めにサラダや小鉢などが４品乗ったお膳が届く。
まあ、普通の料理。
そして、メインのとりまぶしが到着。
鰻のひつまぶしと同じようにまずはそのまま、次に薬味を乗せて、最後はだし汁をかけて。
甘味のタレのかかったご飯にたっぷりの鶏肉。
味のバランスもとてもよく、美味しい。
色んなまぶしを食べてきたが、この鶏肉のまぶしはかなり美味しい。
目の前に広がる庭園も素晴らしく、上質な時間が過ごせる。ホールスタッフの接客も上品で凛としていて素晴らしい。
さすが美術館内のレストランだ。
長野のランチで困ったら一度は行っていく価値があると思う。

This is a restaurant I often go to for lunch in Nagano City. Restaurants overlooking the garden inside the Mizuno Museum. The atmosphere of the garden is lovely, and it is always full of madams at lunchtime. On this day, it was also full, and I could hear lively conversations here and there. I usually order chicken hitsumabushi, but I wanted to try something different, so I ordered a pork cutlet mille-feuille Pork Cutlet. When it was brought to me, it had no odor and was very delicious. The portions were small and not very filling, but for Restaurants that targets madams, this volume is probably appropriate.
