ハシゴして二軒目は「すえひろ」にて馬刺し盛合わせ等を頂きます。
次のお店も予約をしていたのでハシゴして此方のお店を訪問です。
和風の落ち着いた店内に入店し掘りごたつの半個室席に着座しました。
メニューから信州名物馬刺し盛合わせと福味鶏の手羽から揚げを注文！
料理の提供前にレモン&白馬ハイボールで再び乾杯(*^o^)／＼(^-^*)
クゥ～！爽やかなレモン風味のハイボールで美味しいよね～！
待つ事10分程でお通しを先に各種料理の提供となりました。
早速シェアして頂きます。
・ニジマスの塩焼き(お通し)
香ばしく炭火焼きされたニジマスで身は軟らかく美味しいですね！
・馬刺し盛合わせ1,480円
ロース肉とヒレ肉の馬刺し盛合わせとミョウガ等の薬味です。
軟らかく脂の乗ったロース肉は少々スジが気になりますが美味しいです。
ヒレ肉はシットリと軟らかい肉質で臭みが無く美味しかったですよ。
・福味鶏の手羽から揚げ480円
カラッと揚がった手羽先の唐揚げはジューシーな食感で美味しいです。
ご馳走様でした。
信州名物の美味しい馬刺し盛合わせとジューシーな福味鶏唐揚げでした。
