Visit: Weekend 17:00 Book a 6,000 yen course for motsu nabe main (premium all-you-can-drink included) The all-you-can-drink menu is extensive, and in addition to Ichiban Shibori, they also have craft beer. There are 10 types of sake, including local Nagano sake, and 8 types of shochu, which is a step above the regular all-you-can-drink experience and has premium value. The food is delicious, including Nozawana Tempura and carpaccio of Shinshu salmon. The main offal hot pot and the soup stock were both good, and I was very satisfied with the udon at the end.
