こちら、前から気になっていたお店だったため訪店。平日夜、当日電話予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席は18、当日、席は予約で満席になっているようでした。長野駅近くにあるオシャレな居酒屋店です。
こちらでは「牛サガリ炭火焼」「真鯛のカルパッチョ レモン＆ピスタチオソース」「松代産長芋のしょうゆ漬け」「生ビール」「赤ワイン」を頼んでおります。
その注文のお料理、どれもクオリティ高い味わいです！特にやわらかくて塩加減絶妙なサガリ炭火焼は絶品！つけあわせには、塩味のあるジャガイモと、甘みのあるサツマイモがついており、こちらでも味の変化が楽しめました。レモンとピスタチオソースのカルパッチョも、柑橘系香る良いお味です！
お腹いっぱいで食べられなくなってましたが、他にも、お店推しのシメ鯖、アジフライ等、食べたかったものが沢山。またぜひお伺いします！ごちそうさまでした！
