長野駅善光寺口をでて長野駅前交差点を渡り末広町交差点へ向かいます。やきとりほろ屋の右側の道を進み、つけ麺わいち、千成本店、トヨタレンタリース長野方面に進み右折します。次の信号を渡り少し進むと右側に西澤餅屋があり斜め対面辺りに、uanci_e_cheer（ワンチ・エ・ケール）があります。こちらのお店は２０１７年９月２５日にNEW OPEN。店名の由来は、keitaシェフとkaoriピッツアイオーラの想いが込められています。シェフの出身で【自分の家に帰る】という方言で、元気づけるという意味もあり、夫婦だからこそできるおもてなしを感じてもらい、自分の家に帰ってくるようにくつろいでもらえる空間をピッツアイオーラの原点であるイタリアのローマ字で表現した造語です。店内に入ってみるとテーブル７席、ソファー個室があります。デート、飲み会、結婚式２次会など様々はシチュエーションで使えるお店です。
マルゲリータDOC（１５００円）
この日のランチはピッツア。マルゲリータ、マリナーラ、マルゲリータDOC、クワトロフォルマッジがあります。５００円から食べられるピッツアもありかなりお得。最初に前菜が出てきます。前菜のお皿はイタリアで作った特注品。前菜にはキッシュ、生ハム、サラミ、酢漬け、サラダがのっています。サラダには酸味がある自家製ドレッシングがかかっています。
ピッツアは自家製生地を本格石窯で焼くナポリピッツア、ピッツア生地もトマトソースも自家製です。マルゲリータDOCにはイタリア水牛モッツアレラ、ミニトマト、バジルがのっています。水牛モッツアレラいい味してますね。生地は薄めで耳の部分は弾力がありしっかりとした食感です。味もしっかりついています。
オープン記念でドリンクバーが無料でついています。オレンジジュース、グレープフルーツジュース、アイスティー、コーヒーがありました。
