長野駅近くに、2018年8月オープン。
中央通り沿いの南石堂にある、蕎麦ダイニング音菜さんにお伺いしました。
《実食》
価格は全て、税込です。
○ゆきの美人超辛口純米吟醸(秋田県)700円
酒米は、山田錦。第6酵母で仕上げられた、秋田県の銘酒。
通常のゆきの美人の印象とは異なり、かなりしっかりとした辛口で、アフターはスパッと切れます。
綺麗で、すっきりとした味わい。
●大分県鰤造り600円
びしっとした、歯ごたえの鰤。
味わいは、ふくよかながらもすっきりめ。
価格を考えると、コスパは良いと思います。
醤油は、たまり醤油でした。
●おでん5種盛り600円
大根・玉子・さつま揚げ・がんも・ロールキャベツ。
単品で注文するより、150円安いです!

薄味で、甘め。煮込みは軽い感じで、大根は少し固め。
薬味は、和からしと山椒。
味噌だれがあると、良いかも。
○ハートランド生600円
ハートランドの生は、やはり美味しいですね!
アロマ感が良くて、かなり好き。
生ビールの種類の中では、コスパに優れた印象を持っています。

●音菜の蕎麦板750円＋胡麻坦々つゆ250円
蕎麦は、石臼挽きした信濃町産のそば粉を使用。
いつも通り、最初は蕎麦のみでいただきます。
瑞々しくコシがあり、すっきりとした綺麗な味わいが良いです。

居酒屋の蕎麦の域は、脱しています。
最後に蕎麦で〆たいなら、このお店が良いかも。
そばつゆは、11種類ある中から珍しい胡麻坦々つゆを選択。
つゆ自体はしっかりコクもあって良いのですが、そばとの相性となると少し疑問(笑)
やはり胡麻坦々つゆが、勝ってしまう印象。
蕎麦のクオリティを考えると勿体無い気もしますが、ちょん付けするのでは無くどっぷりつけた方が美味しいかと思います。
しかしながら、このチャレンジスピリットは好き!
面白い企画なので、ぜひ続けて楽しませて欲しいです。
蕎麦湯は、かなり小さめながら程よく濃厚。
《総評》
まるでバーの様なお洒落で綺麗な内観で、個人的にはかなり好きな雰囲気のお店。
心地好く、大人飲みが出来る感じです。
この手のお店としては、お蕎麦がしっかり美味しいのがうれしい。
まだ全体的に粗削りな印象はありますが、今後に期待大な良いお店だと思います。
