長野駅前にあり、通学のバスの中でよく見ていたためオープンした時からあることは知っていたものの、なかなか時間やお財布的な面から行けなかったお店
ついに機会があり行くことが出来ました！笑笑
このお店はそばつゆが何種類もあり、それが売りだと思っていたのでそばつゆに期待してました。
メニューはそばつゆが沢山ある以外は普通のお店と変わらない感じ
初めての蕎麦屋だったのでまずはオーソドックスな冷たいそばから
つゆは3種類
特選そばつゆと鴨南蛮つゆと坦々麻婆つゆ
を注文しました。
そばはお腹が空いていたため、大盛りを頼みました。
サラダ、コーヒーはフリー制で1階に設置されていました。
5分くらいでそはが出てきました。
大盛りはまぁまぁ量があって、高校生男子にはちょうどいいくらいです。
まずはつゆを付けずにそばだけで、
やはり長野の駅前で地元民が訪れるだけあり、そばだけでも充分美味しいです。蕎麦の味がしっかりしていて、こしなども個人的にはお気に入りでした。ぶっちゃけ、そばにはあまり期待していなかったのでここまで美味しいとは思っていませんでした。
続いて特選つゆで2口目
濃いめの味付けで少しつければ充分です。少しこすぎるかなとも思いましたが。。
3口目は鴨南蛮つゆで
このつゆは美味しかったです。鴨のだしもしっかりと感じられ、しかも、鴨肉が3枚入っていて値段の割にはいいなって思いました。
4口目は坦々麻婆つゆで
これはつけてしまうと、そばの味はなくなりますね。。坦々麺って感じになります。味変にはいいかもしれません。
最後に蕎麦湯にして飲んだら、特選つゆのだしがすごく感じられました。特選つゆは蕎麦湯にすると手の込んでる感じか良く感じられます。
店内もオシャレで値段も標準的かつ、鴨南蛮つゆと特選つゆ、そば、どれも美味しかったので再訪します笑笑
