本格的な春になってくると、冷たい蕎麦が美味しく感じられます。
休日のお昼ご飯に長野駅前に向かいました。
中央通りにあるこのお店は、窓が広くとってあって、新しい蕎麦のお店という感じが外からもわかります。
中に入りカウンター席に案内されました。
メニューを拝見すると、いろいろなつゆが用意されていて、これがこのお店の特徴のようです。
すだちやくるみ、鴨南蛮は他のお店でも見かけますが、ごま坦々、アサリとまと、豚辛ラー油などは思い切っているように思えます。
今回は蕎麦をいただきに来ました。
ランチセットのおろしつゆと、お酒の中から辛口の大信州をお願いしました。
間もなくグラスに入ったお酒が届き、飲みながら蕎麦の出来上がりを待ちました。
10分ほどで蕎麦と稲荷、葉物の野菜と牛蒡の小鉢が届きました。
こういう小鉢が付いているなら、これだけでもお酒と一緒にいただけるとうれしいですね。
蕎麦は均質で細めで美しい仕上がりです。
食べてみると、細めながらしっかりとした腰があって、印象が深く残ります。
お蕎麦屋さんというと、蕎麦をササッとかき込んだり、逆にお酒と天ぷらや卵料理、肉料理をいただいた後に蕎麦をいただいたりというお店を経験してきましたが、このお店は新しい雰囲気のお店です。
ゆったりと時が流れる中で、蕎麦をいただける心地よさがあります。
