A Japanese-style meal restaurant that I was interested in opened and I went to check it out... In one word, I would say it's "more than worth it." I think the course was 8,000 yen or 10,000 yen. ? The sake is ``Toyoka Junmai Ginjo'' from Okaya. The dish is ``cream cheese chawan mushi'' and the sashimi is ``white squid kijihata'' with sake. The next sake is ``Hokushinryu Junmai Ginjo Raw Storage''. ``Eggplant Lotus Root Mochi'' and ``Nodoguro'' are grilled very well. ``Salted abalone'' and ``Koi squid'' are cooked well. The ``Shinshu Premium Wagyu Beef'' with yuzu and pepper was good.It seems to be from Oita. The rice is ``parrotfish cooked rice'' and the dessert ``hojicha pudding'' is a bit hard. Also, I would like them to have hojicha instead of sencha. Well, that's all you need to order, and the cost performance is excellent. Apparently they also serve lunch, so it might be a better deal... It must be difficult to accommodate this many seats with this level of food.
