A soba restaurant originating from Takayama Village in Shinshu where you can enjoy authentic soba made from mill-ground flour and Japanese-style meal cuisine. Original dishes with a strong local flavor are also available.
We have a wide selection of original local dishes, including soba noodles. We also have a Japanese-style chef on hand, so you can enjoy our "Santate authentic soba" along with a variety of Japanese-st |
A friend recommended this place to me, so I stopped by after buying some apples. It was the season for new soba noodles, but the day before, my friend told me that Takayamatei's sauce katsudon was also delicious, so I ordered it. Sauce katsudon is quite popular all over Japan. The tonkatsu was certainly delicious...there was a poster of pork inside the restaurant. But I should have ordered soba noodles after all... Thank you for the meal.
