以前居酒屋だったお店が「生姜焼き専門店？」
看板はめちゃ生姜焼き愛が満ち溢れてます。
店内は以前と変わらず、入口で靴を脱ぎます。
配置も変わりませんが、テーブルが少し高めのような。
・秘伝ダレの豚ロース生姜焼き 1.408円
テーブル上に焼きコンロがあり、自分で焼いて食べるタイプですが、
最初の一枚は店員さんが焼いてくれます。
火加減強いと、焦げが強くなってしましますので弱火で焼いたほうがいいです。
拘りのある、生姜タレは流石に旨いですね。
会計時何故かレシートは出ませんと店員さんに言われ、
そんな事があるのかなんだろうね～と。
