関東圏も梅雨明けとなり、避暑もかねて北信州へ。
いつもの常宿の馬曲温泉は今年の3月末で閉店となり、仕方なく野沢温泉でゆったりと過ごすことにした。
久しぶりに、北志賀高原のお気に入りの蕎麦屋に。
ここの一推しは、手挽きそばがき。ほんのり緑かかったそばがきは、ひとくち食べると爽やかな蕎麦の香りが溢れます。
蕎麦は、毎朝挽きたての蕎麦と冷水でうった生粉打ち蕎麦。こちらも蕎麦の香りが素晴らしいく、食後のそば湯がさらに絶妙。
締めには、そばのピザをいただき、蕎麦づくしのコースを堪能しました。
