6月の金具屋に続き、ふたたび渋温泉へ。
今回はさかえやさん。
女性好みのお洒落で綺麗な宿。
お部屋にはウェルカムプリンも！
白い湯の花の舞う温泉は、もちろん加水加温なしの源泉かけ流しで本格的。
pH4.6のナトリウム・カルシウム-塩化物・硫酸塩温泉。
露天風呂もいいけど、深さ90cmの立ち湯も好き。
食事は創作和食で美味しい❤️
私が一番好きなのは「鮎塩焼き 渓流盛り」。
凄く手がかかっているみたいで頭から丸ごとかじれます。
その歯応えと苦みが最高！
「金魚トマト」は涼しげ、「信州黒毛和牛 フィレ肉溶岩石グリル」は柔らかくてとける～✨
